Service Description

Stillness and Sound You are warmly invited to an hour of deep inner connection and healing. Through the resonance of crystal sound bowls, gentle mindful movement, and conscious breath we will create a space for you to soften, release, and return to the wisdom within. Hosted by Erika Crempa and Christine Milam. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, water and a pillow (optional). We have extra of these items available if needed. Please let us know in advance by emailing jordan@portaloflighthealing.com if you’ll need anything, and we’ll ensure it’s ready for you.
