Service Description

This is a 90 minute astrology and body movement class exploring the current collective astrology of the North Node in Aquarius and the South Node in Leo that will last for the next 18 months. This astrological energy invites us to reflect on the ways we are being called to grow beyond old patterns of seeking validation, recognition, or approval, and toward greater authenticity, collaboration, community, and collective awareness. Together, we will explore what this transit may be illuminating in our individual lives and in the world around us. We will reflect on how to honor our unique gifts while contributing to something larger than ourselves, and how to move from performative self-expression into a more liberated and connected way of being. The gathering will include an astrology discussion, guided journal prompts, personal reflection, and embodied/fun movement. These practices are designed to help us connect with the wisdom of the body, create space for insight, and integrate the themes of this powerful and transitional energetic shift on a deeper level. Come as you are, and bring a journal, comfortable clothing, and an openness to reflect, move, feel, and connect with yourself and others.
